Flatten THAT Curve – Now what?

Thank you for stepping up to be a hero, your efforts are literally going to save lives!

  1. Make sure you have taken a before photo (for your own records)
  2. Measure / weigh yourself (now) for you to track your progress. (This is also to help you measure your weekly goals)
  3. Start your eating plan/exercise regime as soon as possible
  4. Sundays are check ins- at 5pm C.O.N.E.C.K.T will contact you to send through your evidence
  5. The charity you are supporting should be in contact with you to motivate you through this
  6. Should you manage to reach your weekly goal, your supporters will be asked to pay up.
  7. The charity you are supporting will receive their money and you can continue on until you have reached your ultimate goal.
  8. And when you feel like quitting, remember why you started!!
